CHESTERTOWN — The class of 1976 was known as the Bicentennial Class, graduating during the 200th anniversary of the United States.
That special class from Kent County High School will hold its 50th reunion — coinciding with America’s semiquincentennial — on Saturday, Aug. 15 from 4:30 to 10 p.m. at Chester River Yacht & Country Club. Amenities include a cash bar and DJ Rokin Rob [for your requests and dancing fun.]
Dinner will be table service at 6:30 p.m. The menu will consist of filet mignon topped with shrimp, Caesar salad, redskin mashed potatoes, broccoli/cauliflower with cheese sauce and a roll; cherry-topped cheesecake; iced tea, lemonade and coffee. The cost of $50 includes hors d’oeuvres.
The deadline for reservations, with payment, is July 15.
