WORTON — Coaches have been hired as Kent County High School prepares to pull the curtain back on the 2024-25 winter season.
It’s a veteran team, with almost all the coaches returning from 2023-24.
Orientation is 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 12 in the high school auditorium. Orientation is for new and returning athletes and their parents.
Attendance is strongly encouraged.
This is an ideal time to meet the coaches, and to find out about their training requirements, practice schedules and expectations for the season.
Athletic Director Kevin Taylor also will speak to the athletes and their parents.
The first day for practices is Friday, Nov. 15.
Athletes are reminded they cannot practice until they have a completed physical on file with the school. A physical is valid for one year.
