FRAUD. Officer Ryan Thompson, on April 12, took a report of fraud in the 700-block of Washington Avenue. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.
THEFT. Cpl. Brandon McGinnis, on April 25, took a report of theft in the 200-block of High Street. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.
ASSAULT. PFC Meera Srinivasan, on April 28, responded to a location on High Street for a reported assault. According to a CPD news release, the suspect was known to the complainant and the complainant did not want to pursue charges. The case is closed.
ASSAULT. Lt. Steve Linz, on April 30, responded to a location in the 100-block of Flatland Road for a reported assault. According to a CPD news release, the suspect was known to the complainant and the complainant did not want to pursue charges. The case is closed.
THEFT. Cpl. Brandon McGinnis, on April 30, took a report of a theft in the 400-block of Morgnec Road. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.
PEACE ORDER. Cassidy White, 26, Dover, Del., on May 3, was served a district court summons for failure to comply with a peace order. She was released on personal recognizance. The offense is alleged to have occurred May 3 in the 200-block of Byford Drive.
FTA. Jennifer Mae Ingledue, 34, Chestertown, on May 5, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court on theft charges. She was released on personal recognizance.
FTA. Alhlyn Nicole Bean, 37, Chestertown, on May 8, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court on traffic charges.
She also was served a Dorchester County District Court warrant for failure to appear in court on traffic charges. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center on a $3,000 secured bond.
