CHESTERTOWN — Jonathan Terrell Smallwood, 27, Newark, Del., on April 26, was charged with failure to stop at steady circular red signal; driving on revoked license and privilege; and failure to display license to uniformed police on demand.

CHESTERTOWN — Keyshawn Steven Graves, 20, Sudlersville, on May 8, was charged with driving without required license and authorization; driving on suspended license and privilege; driving while license is suspended; failure to stop at steady circular red signal; and failure to display tab on plates of vehicle as required by the Motor Vehicle Administration.
PFC Travis Burke conducted the traffic stop at 10:28 p.m. on Washington Avenue at Morgnec Road.

CHESTERTOWN — Alhlyn Nicole Bean, 37, Chestertown, on May 9, was charged with exceeding posted maximum speed, 38 mph in a posted 25-mph zone; failure to display registration card upon demand; driving on suspended license and privilege; driving while license is suspended; failure to notify Motor Vehicle Administration of change of address within 30 days; driving without required license and authorization; operating unregistered vehicle; unauthorized display and use of registration plate; driving vehicle without current registration plates and validation tabs; and displaying expired registration plate.
