CHESTERTOWN — Carlos Alfredo Lopez Dominguez, 36, Chestertown, on May 29, was charged with driving, attempting to drive without required license and authorization; and failure to display license to uniformed police on demand.
Cpl. Chris Schwink conducted the traffic stop at 7:40 a.m. in the 800-block of High Street.
