ASSAULT. Robert William Voss, 59, Exton, Pa., on Sept. 10, was served a district court summons for second-degree assault. He was released after signing for the summons.
FTA. Tyrel Donta Dean, 42, Galena, on Sept. 11, was served a circuit court body attachment for failure to appear in court. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
CREDIT CARD. Brian Danielle Taylor, 51, Centreville, on Sept. 12, was served a Baltimore City District Court arrest warrant charging him with credit card, steal another’s. He was released by the district court commissioner on unsecured bond.
FTA. Curtis Lamont Young, 64, Chestertown, on Sept. 15, was served a circuit court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
BURGLARY. Cpl. Dave Nolan is investigating a Sept. 15 burglary of a recreational vehicle and a barn in the 8700-block of Caulks Field Road, near Chestertown.
