WORTON — The gymnasium at Kent County High School, also known as Trojan Arena, has been awash with blue and gold as the school’s girls and boys basketball teams have shared space as they prepare for tomorrow’s 2025-26 season openers.
KCHS’ girls will travel to Washington High School, while the KCHS boys will host a junior varsity-varsity doubleheader.
Kent County High School in partnership with the 4-H Holiday Toy Drive, sponsored by Kent County 4-H’ers, will host a Teddy Bear Toss during the boys games. Free admission will be offered to spectators who bring a teddy bear or stuffed animal to throw out on the court during the halftime show of the varsity game, which will begin at about 5:30 p.m. All stuffed animals will be donated to the 4-H Holiday Toy Drive.
