CHESTERTOWN — Jessica Alexandra Gitlin, 44, Chestertown, on Jan. 12, was charged with a seat belt violation; driving on suspended license and privilege; driving while license is suspended; and driving, attempting to drive without required license and authorization.
Officer Karyn Harris conducted the traffic stop at 4:15 p.m. in the 600-block of High Street.

CHESTERTOWN — Adriel Juwan Nashon Wilson, 27, Seaford, Del., on Jan. 14, was charged with displaying expired registration plates; driving without required license and authorization; driving on suspended out-of-state license; driving while license is suspended in other state for failure to appear, failure to pay fine; and possessing suspended license.
PFC Travis Burke conducted the traffic stop at 12:20 a.m. in the 200-block of Maple Avenue.
