CHESTERTOWN — The Judy Center Early Learning Hubs of Kent County are sponsoring a “spook-tacular” event at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 27 when Jennifer O’Connell, author and illustrator of the New York Times best-selling children’s book “Ten Timid Ghosts,” visits the Kent County Public Library’s main branch in Chestertown.
O’Connell will share the journey behind the creation of her book and lead a fun, interactive drawing session where she will bring a brand-new spooky character to life.
Each family will receive a free copy of “Ten Timid Ghosts” to take home.
