ROCK HALL — Liam Perry, 11, has the best seat in the house Sunday, July 7 for Waterman’s Day in Rock Hall.
It was a busy day for him.
In addition to competing in the anchor toss along with twin sister Layla, he was the “runner” for the hours-long boat docking contest.
Liam and Layla’s father Justin is president of the Kent County Waterman’s Association, which sponsors the annual Waterman’s Day.
Like many watermen, Liam already has a nickname — “Scrumptious.”
We’ll wait to see if that nickname holds.
