WORTON — Choptank Community Health is offering free sports physicals at Kent County High School for the 2025-26 academic year on the following dates:
• Wednesday, June 25 from 3 to 7 p.m.
• Tuesday, July 1 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Students must bring their completed sports physical forms to the appointment.
Athletes and cheerleaders must have a completed physical on file with the school before they can practice or participate.
One physical is good for the entire school year.
The first day of practice for fall sports at KCHS is Aug. 13.
