WORTON — Choptank Community Health is offering free sports physicals for Kent County High School students for the 2024-25 academic year. Athletes and cheerleaders must have a completed physical on file with the school before they can practice or participate.
One physical is good for the entire school year.
The first day of practice for fall sports is Aug. 14.
Sports physicals are available all summer on Mondays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Choptank school-based center at Rock Hall Elementary School, 21203 W. Sharp St.; and on Tuesdays from 9 a.m. to noon at the mobile health unit parked next to Millington’s town hall, 402 Cypress St.
Special dates are Tuesday, July 16 from 1 to 4 p.m. at Garnet Elementary School, 320 Calvert St in Chestertown; and Tuesdays, July 23 and July 30 from 1 to 4 p.m. at Kent County High School in Worton.
