CHESTERTOWN — Choptank Community Health System is expanding services at its Chestertown Health Center [126 Philosophers Terrace] by adding three new providers to its dental and medical teams.
Leading the expansion is pediatric dentist Beatrice Bautista, DMD.
She is joined by family nurse practitioners Morgan Bleinberger, DNP, CRNP, FNP-C, and Lauren Burnett, DNP, CRNP, FNP-C.
Bautista earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Roseman University of Health Sciences before completing a pediatric dental residency through NYU Langone Dental Medicine in Hawaii.

Bleinberger recently completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of Maryland after nearly a decade as a registered nurse. She provides adult primary care at Choptank Health, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management and patient education. Her experience spans primary and urgent care, women’s health, cardiology, gastroenterology and hospital medicine.
She also completed part of her clinical training with Choptank Health.
Burnett joins Choptank Health after earning her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing. She provides comprehensive primary care for patients from birth through adulthood, including preventive care, wellness visits and chronic disease management.
Burnett is passionate about improving health outcomes in rural and underserved communities and expanding access to primary care for Mid-Shore families. Her doctoral research focused on increasing adolescent participation in annual health visits in Kent County.
According to a news release, the expansion of the Chestertown Health Center will continue this fall with the addition of another dental provider.
