CHESTERTOWN — The Dunkin’ coffee shop in the 700-block of Washington Avenue was the venue for a Coffee with a Cop meet-and-greet with Kent County law enforcement on Aug. 15. Chestertown Police Chief Ron Dixon, Rock Hall Police Chief Bill Dempsey, Sheriff Dennis Hickman and other local lawmen were on hand to offer free doughnuts to those who stopped by from 9 to 11 a.m.
