CHESTERTOWN — Elizabeth “Lisa” P. Raffetto of Coldwell Banker Chesapeake Real Estate has been honored with the Bay Area Association of Realtors’ 2025 Lifetime Achievement Award.
She was presented the award Monday, Feb. 10 during the BAAR Ignite Event held at the Hyatt Place Kent Island in Grasonville.
According to a news release, Raffetto embarked on her real estate career in 1989 and has been a “prominent figure” in the Eastern Shore market since 1991. Specializing in historic homes, waterfront estates and farms, she has consistently been a top producer.
Her dedication to the industry is evident through her extensive involvement and numerous accolades, including:
• BAAR leadership: past president of the board and chair of the Grievance Committee for more than a decade.
• Maryland Association of Realtors: served two terms as district vice president, representing six counties, and active in the Leadership Academy and Fair Housing committees.
• Professional recognitions: Rookie of the Year (1994), Realtor of the Year (1999), Distinguished Sales Associate (2000) and recipient of the J. Hurst Purnell Award
for Integrity (2017).
In addition to her professional achievements, Raffetto is active in local garden clubs, historical preservation initiatives and leadership roles at Shrewsbury Church in Kennedyville.

Also recognized in the BAAR awards ceremony based on their 2024 sales production were Coldwell Banker Chesapeake agents Billy Sutton at the Diamond level, Mary Carlisle at the Silver level and Lacey Sutton at the Bronze level.
