CHESTERTOWN — Kent School will host its annual auction Saturday, April 5 from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. in the M.V. “Mike” Williams Gymnasium on the school’s riverside campus.
The theme is “Denim and Diamonds.”
General admission will begin at 5:30 p.m. with the start of the silent auction, when cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be served.
Tickets — at $75 per person — can be purchased individually or as reserved tables for four, eight or 10 people. The ticket price includes an open bar, hors d’oeuvres and dinner buffet. See www.kentschool.org/giving/.
Advance ticket purchase is preferred.
Entertainment will be provided by Sean Reilly and the Sounds of Sinatra.
Described as “a Sinatra-style crooner,” Reilly will perform two musical sets leading up to the live auction, which will offer a variety of items including gift certificates, vacation opportunities and event tickets.
Dancing will follow the auction.
The event also will feature a bourbon tasting and “a diamond bar” where a select group of jewelry will be highlighted in the silent auction.
