ROCK HALL — Eight years and a couple of months after the mosaic mural was unveiled on the Main Street side of the Bayside Market building here, the Garden Club of Rock Hall placed a dedication plaque under the mosaic on July 18.
The mural project, commissioned by the garden club, was led by artist Jennifer Wagner, who worked with community members and especially students of Rock Hall Elementary School.
The mural is said to represent a broad section of life and landmarks of Rock Hall.
It was dedicated on April 25, 2018.
