Holiday show and dinner at KCMS with focus on math and magic

CHESTERTOWN — Kent County Middle School’s Family Engagement Council is presenting a Math and Magic Holiday Show & Dinner that “will leave you spellbound with mind-boggling tricks and festive cheer,” according to a news release.

Celebrity illusionist Michael Chamberlin is the headliner.

The event, advertised as a fun-filled evening for the entire family, will be held Friday, Dec. 20 at KCMS, which is located at 402 E. Campus Ave., Chestertown. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m.

“Prepare to be amazed as our talented performers combine the wonders of mathematics and magic in a unique and entertaining way,” the news release states.

The event is sponsored by Title 1 in partnership with Community Schools.

Tyray Johnson is the Title I liaison for Kent County Middle School, where Mark Buckel is the principal and Kelley Melvin is the assistant principal.
