Jackie Forrest returns to Chesapeake Bank and Trust as branch manager

CHESTERTOWN — Jackie Forrest has joined Chesapeake Bank and Trust Company as an assistant branch manager. She succeeds Sue St. Amour, who is retiring in April after more than seven years with the bank.

“Jackie began her banking career with Chesapeake Bank and Trust, and we’re pleased to have the opportunity to work with her again,” Bob Altieri, bank president and CEO, said in a news release.

Altieri said Forrest’s “client-focused approach to banking makes her a wonderful addition to our staff.”

According to her Linkedin profile, Forrest was a customer service teller with the bank from April 2017 to September 2020.

“I am excited to be welcomed back to Chesapeake Bank and Trust and serve our beautiful community once more,” she said in the news release.

Forrest, who grew up in Rock Hall, now lives in Chestertown with her husband, daughter and two dogs.

She attended Washington College, Stevenson University and Chesapeake College, where she earned an associate degree in liberal arts and sciences, general studies and humanities.

When she is not at the bank’s Washington Avenue branch, you can catch Forrest with her family at the Chestertown Farmer’s Market on Saturday mornings, teaching yoga at Foundations Island Yoga in Centreville or on a run by the Chester River.
