On June 20, Lewis was served another district court arrest warrant charging him with sexual abuse of a minor.

According to the charging documents, Lewis allegedly sexually assaulted the minor on four occasions between December 2022 and July 2023.

On one occasion, he allegedly did so while having smoked marijuana and providing the minor with marijuana, according to the charging documents.

Cpl/Det. Nate Blazejak of the Kent County Sheriff’s Office led the investigation in conjunction with the Department of  Social Services.

Lewis has a preliminary hearing scheduled for July 15 in the District Court for Kent County. At that time a judge will determine if there is probable cause to believe that Lewis committed the offenses.
