CHESTERTOWN — MassoniArt is presenting “Summer in the Aerie,” a small collection of new work produced this summer in Marcy Dunn Ramsey’s studio overlooking the Chester River.
A reception and artist talk will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20.
Ramsey’s work will be on exhibit along with the work of sculptor Claire McCardle in the MassoniArt gallery at 113 S. Cross St. in downtown Chestertown from Sept. 20 to Oct. 12.
Hours during the show are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Thursdays and Fridays; 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturdays; and 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Sundays.

Coming exhibitions include Marc Castelli’s annual Downrigging exhibit titled “Mules Feet and Dead Man’s Pennies” (Oct. 25 to Nov. 30) and a holiday exhibition featuring favorites from MassoniArt’s gallery artists (Dec. 1 to Jan. 30, 2026.)
In addition to featured exhibitions, MassoniArt continues its tradition of showcasing a diverse selection of works by represented gallery artists throughout the year.
