ORDER. Charlie Hands Collins Jr., 71, Millington, on Nov. 10, was charged with violating a protective order. He was released on $2,500 unsecured personal bond. The offense is alleged to have occurred in the 400-block of Cypress Street, Millington. DFC Dave Nolan investigated.
ASSAULT. Deputy Colin Rhodes is investigating a reported assault Nov. 11 in the 100-block of Ericsson Avenue, Betterton. According to a sheriff’s office news release, a suspect has been identified.
FTA. Jeremy D. Kinsley, 46, Denton, on Nov. 12, was issued a Worcester County District Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He was released on $2,500 unsecured bond.
CONTRACTOR. Nicholas William Bednarek, 33, Chestertown, on Nov. 13, was issued a district court summons for acting as a contractor without a license; and failure to perform contract. He was released after signing the summons.
