PROBATION. Joshua Stap, 41, Worton, on April 29, was served a circuit court bench warrant for violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
PROBATION. Nehemiah Elijah James Williams, 30, Chestertown, on May 1, was served a district court bench warrant for violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
THEFT. Cpl. Dave Nolan, on May 2, responded to the 12000-block of Rosedale Cannery Road, Still Pond, for a reported theft. According to a sheriff’s office news release, loss is estimated to be $1,000. The investigation is continuing.
FTA. Jada Nazhae Wyatte Morris, 23, Dover, Del., on May 2, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She was released by the district court commissioner on her own recognizance.
FTA. Darnell Lamonte Black, 37, Worton, on May 2, was served a circuit court body attachment for failure to appear in court. Bail initially was set at $319.
BURGLARY. Marvin Leslie Jones Jr., 57, Worton, on May 5, was served a district court arrest warrant charging him with second-degree burglary; conspiracy to commit second-degree burglary; fourth-degree burglary (three counts); theft, $1,500 to less than $25,000; and malicious destruction of property having a value less than $1,000. Bail initially was set at $2,500. On May 13, Jones posted unsecured personal bond of $15,000.
BURGLARY. Darnell Lamonte Black, 37, Worton, on May 5, was served a district court arrest warrant charging him with second-degree burglary; conspiracy to commit second-degree burglary; fourth-degree burglary (three counts); theft, $1,500 to less than $25,000; and malicious destruction of property having a value less than $1,000. He was released by the district court commissioner on unsecured personal bond of $2,500.
THEFT. Adrian Randall Teaf, 85, Chestertown, on May 5, was served a district court summons for theft, less than $100. He was released after signing for the summons.
ASSAULT. Christian Paulos Phillips, 21, Millington, on May 5, was served a Baltimore County District Court summons for second-degree assault; and malicious destruction of property having a value less than $1,000. He was released after signing for the criminal summons
RAPE. Deandre Lamont Bryan, 46, Easton, on May 8, was charged with second-degree rape (four counts) and associated charges including third- and fourth-degree sex offenses and second-degree assault. He is being held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail. The offenses are alleged to have occurred on Twin Court, Chestertown. Sgt. Nate Blazejak investigated.
PROBATION. Singelton Blake Duppins, 25, Baltimore, on May 8, was served a district court bench warrant for violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond. On May 9, he posted unsecured personal bond of $5,000.
FTA. Courtya Monique Phillips, 35, Chestertown, on May 9, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She was released on her own recognizance by the district court commissioner.
ASSAULT. Cpl. Parker Hudson is investigating a reported assault May 9 in the 5000-block of Park View Avenue, Rock Hall. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the complainant reported being assaulted by a known suspect.
BURGLARY. Cpl. Dave Nolan is investigating a reported burglary May 9 in the 10000-block of Flatland Road, Chestertown. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the complainant reported that the residence was burglarized by two subjects who fled upon being seen.
ASSAULT. DFC Wayne Baker is investigating a reported assault May 9 in the 5900-block of Rock Hall Road, Rock Hall. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the complainant reported being assaulted by a known suspect.
THEFT. Cpl. Mike Piasecki is investigating a reported theft May 9 in the 31000-block of River Road, Millington. The complainant reported that loss is less than $100.
FTA. Dashira Tiara Caulk, 35, Chestertown, on May 12, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She was released on her own recognizance by the district court commissioner.
FTA. Anna Danielle Askew, 47, Cecilton, on May 12, was served a circuit court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
