Chestertown Police
FORGERY. Da’Jhon E. Macer, 22, Cambridge, on June 5, was charged with forgery of a private document; possession of a forged document; issue counterfeit order; and attempted theft, $1,500 to less than $25,000. He was released on unsecured personal bond of $1,500. The offenses are alleged to have occurred in the 600-block of Washington Avenue, where Officer Ryan Thompson and Lt. Steve Linz responded to a report of a fraud in progress.
MDOP. Cpl. Brandon McGinnis, on June 7, took a report of malicious destruction of property in the area of the 700-block of Washington Avenue. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.
MDOP. Kee’Shira Danyae Wilson, 33, Chestertown, on June 10, was served a district court summons for malicious destruction of property, having a value of more than $1,000; and disorderly conduct. She was released on personal recognizance. The offenses are alleged to have occurred June 3 in the 200-block of North Lynchburg Street.
MDOP. Officer Ryan Thompson, on June 11, took a report of malicious destruction of property in the area of Landing Lane. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.

THEFT. Alexander Watson Brown, 61, Centreville, on June 10, was served a Queen Anne’s County District Court summons for theft, less than $100; theft, $100 to less than $1,500; and conducting a theft scheme, $100 to less than $1,500. He was released after signing for the summons.
FTA. Nytre Nickael Green, 24, Chestertown, on June 10, was served a circuit court bench warrant for failure to comply. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
COMPLY. Tre Lamar Kennard, 30, Chestertown, on June 13, was served a circuit court bench warrant for failure to comply. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
COMPLY. Kelley Lee Crouch, 44, Chestertown, on June 13, was served a circuit court bench warrant for failure to comply. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
COMPLY. Kaitlyn Ann Riley, 19, Chestertown, on June 13, was served a circuit court bench warrant for failure to comply. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
FUGITIVE. Derrick Lashawn Houston, 39, Chestertown, on June 15, was served an outstanding warrant for being a fugitive from justice from the state of Delaware. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
STALKING. Mallory Winstead, 35, Chestertown, on June 15, was served a district court arrest warrant charging him with trespass, private property; stalking; and peace order, failure to comply. He was seen by the district court commissioner and initially held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond. On June 17, he was released after posting unsecured personal bond of $10,000.
SEX OFFENSES. Joshua Albert Sheppard, 45, Chestertown, on June 16, was served a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with third- and fourth-degree sex offenses; sex abuse of a minor; and second-degree assault. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
