Chestertown Police

ASSAULT. Brandon Thomas Eubanks, 32, Denton, on June 7, was charged with second-degree assault; and reckless endangerment. He was released on unsecured personal bond of $5,000. The offenses are alleged to have occurred in the 100-block of Scheeler Road. Cpl. Brandon McGinnis investigated.

DISORDERLY. Shayquan Taynay Sampson, 32, Chestertown, on June 15, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Also, Kirk Ralph Fonseca, 39, Chestertown, was charged with disturbing the peace; and disorderly conduct. 

Sampson and Fonseca were released on personal recognizance.

The offenses are alleged to have occurred in the 200-block of Mount Vernon Avenue.

ASSAULT. Eboni Sharte Kennard, 28, Chestertown, on June 17, was served a district court summons for second-degree assault; and mace/chemical device, with intent to injure. She was released on personal recognizance.

Also, Ameir Sheu’ron Dennis, 20, Chestertown, was served a district court summons for second-degree assault; trespass on private property; and malicious destruction of property having a value less than $1,000. He was released on personal recognizance.

The offenses are alleged to have occurred June 13 in the 100-block of N. Lynchburg Street.  

FTA. William Dudley Thompson Jr., 55, Kennedyville, on June 28, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court on traffic offenses. Bond initially was set at $2,500.

HARASS. Melvin Jerome Wilson Jr., 44, Chestertown, on June 28, was charged with harass, a course of conduct; false statement to police officer; telephone misuse, single call; and stalking. He was released on personal recognizance. The offenses are alleged to have occurred in the 200-block of Cannon Street. PFC Eric Nunez investigated.

 

Kent County Sheriff

FTA. Tyrel Donta Dean, 40, Galena, on June 24, was served a circuit court body attachment for failure to appear in court. Bond initially was set at $400.

RAPE. Deandre Lamont Bryan, 46, Easton, on June 24, was served a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with second-degree rape; third- and fourth-degree sex offenses; abuse of a vulnerable adult; and second-degree assault. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

DRUGS. Tre Lamar Kennard, 40, Chestertown, on June 24, was served a district court summons for possession of a controlled dangerous substance that is not cannabis; and possession of CDS paraphernalia. He was released on personal recognizance.

PAROLE. James Don Jones, 35, Millington, on June 26, was served a Maryland Parole Commission retake warrant. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

FTA. Benjamin Leonard Reihl, 38, Crumpton, on June 27, was served a circuit court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

PROBATION. Chance Carter Goldsboro, 40, Chestertown, on June 27, was served two circuit court bench warrants for failure to appear in court. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

FTA. Vincent Michael Drury, 51, Rock Hall, on June 29, was served a circuit court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

ROBBERY. Kyri De’Sean Brown, 32, Chestertown, on June 29, was served a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with robbery; second-degree assault; and theft, $1,500 to less than $25,000. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

PROBATION. Theron James Andrews III, 37, Elkton, on June 30, was served a district court bench warrant for violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

ASSAULT. DFC Brady Collins is investigating a reported assault June 30 in the 22000-block of Martin Wagner Road, Rock Hall. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the complainant reported being assaulted by a known suspect.

ASSAULT. Sgt. Nick Watson is investigating a reported assault June 30 in the 100-block of Flatland Road, Chestertown. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the complainant reported being assaulted by a known suspect who also allegedly caused damage to the residence. According to the news release, the complainant was treated for minor injuries at the scene by Emergency Medical Services providers.
