FTA. Erick Yovani Urbina Cernas, 30, Massey, on Aug. 4, was served a Carroll County District Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He was released on his own recognizance by the district court commissioner.
FTA. Brandon Cordell Corbett, 36, Worton, on Aug. 5, was served a circuit court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond. On Aug. 6, he was released on personal recognizance.
