Chestertown Police

FTA. Tevin Lamont Dodd, 34, Chestertown, on Aug. 3, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He was released on $1,000 bond.

FTA. Chance Carter Goldsboro, 40, Chestertown, on Aug. 6, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He was released on $1,500 unsecured personal bond. 

 

Kent County Sheriff

PROBATION. Brian Daniel Taylor, 50, Centreville, on Aug. 12, was served a circuit court bench warrant for violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

PROBATION. Elvis Edward Foy, 46, Elkton, on Aug. 12, was served a Cecil County District Court bench warrant for violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond. On Aug. 13, he was released on $750 unsecured personal bond.

THEFT. DFC Wayne Baker is investigating a reported theft Aug. 12 in the 400-block of Cypress Street, Millington. The complainant reported that a bag valued at $55 was taken; the bag’s contents included personal identification information, credit and debit cards.

ASSAULT. DFC Sam Manning is investigating a reported assault Aug. 13 in the 100-block of Sassafras Street, Millington.

TRESPASS. Kevin Bernard Smith, 60, Worton, on Aug. 13, was served a district court summons for trespassing on private property; and indecent exposure. He was released after signing for the summons.

BURGLARY. Cpl. Jordan Proudfoot is investigating an attempted burglary Aug. 14 in the 400-block of Cypress Street, Millington. The complainant reported that a door and window were damaged by someone attempting to enter the building.

FUGITIVE. Gary Michael Thornton, 40, Rock Hall, on Aug. 15, was charged with being a fugitive from the state of Delaware. Initially, he was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond. On Aug. 18, he was released on $100 cash bond.

ASSAULT. DFC  Wayne Baker is investigating a reported assault Aug. 17 on the beach at Betterton. The suspects were identified as a male and a female. They allegedly assaulted two people, both of whom were injured. One of the injured people was transported to a local hospital by Emergency Medical Services personnel, according to a sheriff’s office news release.

TRESPASS. Leigh Ann Logullo, 37, Chestertown, on Aug. 18, was served a Queen Anne’s County District Court summons for trespassing on private property. She was released after signing for the summons.
