THEFT. Kevona Letisha Johnson, 40, Chestertown, on Aug. 12, was served a district court arrest warrant charging her with theft, less than $100; theft, less than $1,000; theft scheme, less than $1,000; credit card, sign another’s; use, disclose credit card numbers; fraud, personal identity theft; and credit card, steal another’s (two counts). She was released after posting $2,500 unsecured personal bond. The offenses are alleged to have occurred Aug. 27, 2013 in the 400-block of Morgnec Road.
DISORDERLY. Daniel Matthew Evans, 43, Kennedyville, on Aug. 16, was charged with disorderly conduct; disturbing the peace; and failure to obey a reasonable and lawful order. He was released on personal recognizance. The offenses are alleged to have occurred in the 800-block of High Street. Officer Ryan Thompson investigated.
THEFT. PFC Meera Srinivasan, on Aug. 22, took a report of a theft in the 500-block of East Campus Avenue. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.
TRESPASS. Jennifer Mae Ingledue, 34, Rock Hall, on Aug. 24, was served a district court summons for trespassing on private property. The offense is alleged to have occurred July 29 in the 600-block of Washington Avenue.
ASSAULT. Veronica Lee Lewis, 44, Chestertown, on Aug. 29, was served a district court arrest warrant charging her with first- and second-degree assault; and reckless endangerment. She was released on $10,000 unsecured personal bond. The offenses are alleged to have occurred Aug. 22 in the area of Lynchburg and Prospect streets.
Kent County Sheriff
PROBATION. Kevin Bernard Smith, 60, Worton,, on Aug. 19, was served two district court bench warrants for violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
ASSAULT. Raneer Pittman, 44, Chestertown, on Aug. 20, was served a district court arrest warrant charging him with second-degree assault; affray; and disorderly conduct. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond. On Aug. 22, he was released after posting $5,000 unsecured personal bond. The offenses are alleged to have occurred Aug. 17 at the beach in Betterton.
ASSAULT. Whitney Nate Wright, 28, Chestertown, on Aug. 20, was served a district court arrest warrant charging her with second-degree assault; affray; and disorderly conduct. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond. On Aug. 22, she was released after posting $5,000 unsecured personal bond. The offenses are alleged to have occurred Aug. 17 at the beach in Betterton.
PROBATION. Kendra Andrea Johnson, 25, Chestertown, on Aug. 20, was served two district court bench warrants for violation of probation. She was released on personal recognizance by the district court commissioner.
ASSAULT. Sgt. Phil Trinks is investigating a reported assault Aug. 21 in the 900-block of Washington Avenue, Chestertown. According to a sheriff’s office news release, no injuries were reported.
PROBATION. Lacy Kaye Morris, 36, Millington, on Aug. 21, was served a circuit court bench warrant for violation of probation. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
COMPLY. Jennifer Mae Ingledue, 34, Rock Hall, on Aug. 24, was served three circuit court bench warrants for failure to comply. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
