ORDER. Charlie Hands Collins Jr., 71, Millington, on Nov. 16, was issued a district court arrest warrant charging him with violating a protective order. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

ASSAULT. Deputy Wayne Baker is investigating a reported assault Nov. 16 in the 24000-block of Chestertown Road, Chestertown. A suspect has been identified, according to a sheriff’s office news release.

ATTEMPTED MURDER. Troy Lamont Rush, 46, Rock Hall, on Nov. 19, was issued a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with attempted second-degree murder; first- and second-degree assault; reckless endangerment; and firearms offenses. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

FUGITIVE. Nicole Renee Loeb, 32, Newark, Del., on Nov. 20, was issued a district court arrest warrant charging her with being a fugitive from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on several felony charges. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

FTA. Antawuan Lammont Tymes, 39, Townsend, Del., on Nov. 20, was issued a Montgomery County District Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He was released on personal recognizance.

PROBATION. Jeffrey Dean Boulden, 36, Galena, on Nov. 20, was issued a circuit court bench warrant for violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

DRUGS. Harry Lee Henry, 48, Chestertown, on Nov. 20, was issued a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with conspiracy to distribute a narcotic. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

PROBATION. Brian Emory Gross, 39, Chestertown, on Nov. 20, was issued a district court bench warrant for violation of probation. He was released on personal recognizance.
