ASSAULT. DFC Daniel Parent is investigating a reported assault Sept. 16 in the 23000-block of Parsons Road, near Chestertown. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the complainant reported being assaulted by a known person.
FTA. Jericho Sylvester Sykes, 40, Dover, Del., on Sept. 16, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He was released on his own recognizance by the district court commissioner.
FTA. Craig Jamar Turner, 37, Chestertown, on Sept. 16, was served a circuit court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
COMPLY. Lamott Alexander Hynson, 57, Chestertown, on Sept. 16, was served a circuit court bench warrant for failure to comply. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
FTA. Dashawn Tyrell Watson, 37, Chestertown, on Sept. 17, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court and a circuit court body attachment for failure to appear in court. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center on bond on both warrants.
ASSAULT. Cpl. Aquil Freeman is investigating a reported assault Sept. 17 involving several juveniles on Brindley Drive, Worton. According to a sheriff’s office news release, suspects have been referred to the Department of Juvenile Services.
CONTEMPT. Jessica Kristen Conant, 44, Chestertown, on Sept. 18, was served two circuit court body attachments for contempt. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
DRUGS. Lacira Chamar Wilson, 39, Worton, on Sept. 18, was served a Talbot County District Court arrest warrant charging her with conspiracy to possess a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute (two counts); obstructing and hindering; and giving a false statement to a state official. She was released by the district court commissioner on $10,000 unsecured personal bond.
THEFT. Mathew Lewis Daly, 36, Chestertown, on Sept. 19, was served a district court summons for theft, $100 to less than $1,500. He was released after signing for the summons.
ORDER. Kyle William Porter, 31, Rock Hall, on Sept. 19, was served a Dorchester County District Court summons for violation of a protective order; and harass, a course of conduct. He was released after signing for the summons.
ASSAULT. DFC Tyler Baitsholts is investigating a reported assault Sept. 20 in the 33000-block of Walnut Tree Road, Millington. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the complainant reported being assaulted by a known suspect.
ASSAULT. Christopher Jason Harper, 46, Chestertown, on Sept. 22, was served a district court summons for second-degree assault. He was released after signing for the summons.
