Chestertown Police
DISORDERLY. David Lawrence Grant, 45, Chestertown, on Oct. 3, was served a district court arrest warrant charging him with disorderly house; and controlled dangerous substance: common nuisance, administer narcotic. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
Also, Keith Eric Brooks, 65, Chestertown, was served a district court summons for disorderly house.
The offenses are alleged to have occurred in the 200-block of Mount Vernon Avenue.
THEFT. Taylor Marie Ziolkowski, 30, Still Pond, on Oct. 10, was served a district court summons for theft, less than $100 (seven counts); and conducting a theft scheme, $100 to less than $1,500. The offenses are alleged to have occurred in the Washington Square shopping center.
FTA. Rebecca Rose Middleton, 42, Chestertown, on Oct. 13, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court.
THEFT. Officer Ryan Thompson, on Oct. 14, took a report of a theft in the 400-block of Morgnec Road. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.
FTA. Richard Joseph O’Neill, 29, Chestertown, on Oct. 15, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He was released on personal recognizance.
THEFT. Cpl. Brandon McGinnis, on Oct. 16, took a report of a theft in the 100-block of Spring Avenue.
ASSAULT. A 15-year-old male, on Oct. 17, was referred to the Department of Juvenile Services on a complaint of assault. The offense is alleged to have occurred in the 400-block of Morgnec Road. PFC Travis Burke investigated.
FRAUD. Officer Ryan Thompson, on Oct. 17, took a report of wire fraud in the 200-block of Rivershore Road. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.
MDOP. Officer Pedro Rodriguez, on Oct. 18, took a report of malicious destruction of property in the 200-block of Silver Heel Drive. According to a CPD news release, the case remains open.
THEFT. Officer Ryan Thompson, on Oct. 19, took a report of theft in the 100-block of Flatland Road. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.
FRAUD. Officer Ryan Thompson, on Oct. 19, took a report of fraud in the 200-block of North Lynchburg Street. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.
