FTA. Tyshea Rene Diaz, 29, Church Hill, on Oct. 7, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She was released by the district court commissioner on her own recognizance.

THEFT. DFC Tyler Baitsholts is investigating an Oct. 7 burglary and theft of china and jewelry in the 3900-block of Eastern Neck Road, Rock Hall. According to a sheriff’s office news release, loss is estimated to be $800.

PROBATION. Lamont Dervon Kennard, 42, Chestertown, on Oct. 8, was served a Cecil County District Court bench warrant for violation of probation. He was released on $5,000 unsecured personal bond.

MDOP. Tykee Lamonte Brown, 34, Worton, on Oct. 8, was served a district court summons for malicious destruction of property. He was released after signing for the summons.

FTA. Erin Alexis Cole, 32, Worton, on Oct. 8, was served a Queen Anne’s County Circuit Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. 

ASSAULT. A juvenile, on Oct. 9, was referred to the Department of Juvenile Services on a complaint of assault. The offense is alleged to have occurred in August in Worton. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the complainant is also a juvenile.

MDOP. Sgt. Travis Manning is investigating an Oct. 10 complaint of malicious destruction of property to a vehicle (two tires) in the 14000-block of Augustine Herman Highway, Galena. According to a sheriff’s office news release, a suspect has been identified.

FTA. Raneer Pittmann, 44, Chester, Pa., on Oct. 12, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He was released by the district court commissioner on his own recognizance.

PROBATION. Lacira Chamar Wilson, 39, Worton, on Oct. 13, was served a circuit court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

FTA. Michael Christopher Althoff, 40, Greensboro, on Oct. 14, was served a Cecil County District Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He was released by the district court commissioner on an unsecured bond.

FTA. Karen Lee Coleman, 60, Bel Air, on Oct. 15, was served a Frederick County District Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She was released by the district court commissioner on her own recognizance.

HARASS. Melanie Gail Maloney, 33, Chestertown, on Oct. 16, was served a Queen Anne’s County District Court summons for harass, a course of conduct; and telephone misuse, repeat calls. She was released on personal recognizance.

THEFT. DFC Brady Collins is investigating an Oct. 16 theft of a grill from a camper in the 31000-block of River Road, Millington.

FTA. Lacy Kaye Morris, 36, Chestertown, on Oct. 17, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court and a circuit court bench warrant for violation of probation. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond on each warrant.

ASSAULT. Rodnay Marie Yendor Woodland, 25, Centreville, on Oct. 20, was charged with first- and second-degree assault; affray; and disorderly conduct. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond. On Oct. 22, she was released on $10,000 unsecured personal bond. The offenses are alleged to have occurred in the parking lot at Baywood Court, near Fairlee. According to a sheriff’s office news release, charges are pending on other people believed to have been involved.

ESCAPE. Daniel Nicholas Rholetter, 30, Goldsboro, on Oct. 21, was served a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with first- and second-degree escape; escape, violating a condition of release; possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia (two counts); and distribution of CDS paraphernalia. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond. 

ASSAULT. Deputies on Oct. 21 responded to the 11000-block of Worton Road for a reported assault. According to a sheriff’s office news release, four juvenile suspects were identified and will be referred to the Department of Juvenile Services.

ASSAULT. Kenneth Ralph Fonseca, 41, Chestertown, on Oct. 22, was served a district court bench warrant for second-degree assault; malicious destruction of property, having a value less than $1,000; and retaliate, witness. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

ORDER. Kevin Earl Taylor, 57, Chestertown, on Oct. 22, was served a district court summons for violation of a protective order. He was released after signing for the summons.

DRUGS. Kathleen Lynn Randolph, 40, Rock Hall, on Oct. 23, was served a circuit court arrest warrant charging her with drug-related offenses including possession of a narcotic with intent to distribute; possession of a controlled dangerous substance that is not cannabis (six counts); possession of cannabis over the civil amount; possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia (five counts); alter physical evidence of a criminal procedure; and possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

TELEPHONE. Taisha Brown, 43, Worton, on Oct. 23, was served a district court summons for telephone misuse, repeat calls. She was released after signing for the summons.

RAPE. Tylir Dashon Cunningham, 21, Rock Hall, on Oct. 24, was served a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with second-degree rape; first-degree assault (two counts); second-degree assault (three counts); reckless endangerment (two counts); and fourth-degree sex offense. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

DRUGS. Alvin Lee Cunningham, 51, Rock Hall, on Oct. 24, was served a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with possession of a narcotic with intent to distribute; possession of a controlled dangerous substance that is not cannabis (six counts); possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute; possession of cannabis over the civil amount; and possession of CDS paraphernalia (five counts). He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

PROBATION. Aaron Kenneth Warren Sr., 59, Chestertown, on Oct. 24, was served a circuit court bench warrant for violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

According to a sheriff’s office news release, Warren was in possession of suspected cocaine and drug paraphernalia when he was served the warrant. He was served citations for possession of a controlled dangerous substance that is not cannabis; and possession of CDS paraphernalia.

COMPLY. Safir Amir Jackson, 38, Lewes, Del., on Oct. 24, was served a circuit court bench warrant for failure to comply. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

ASSAULT. Cpl. Aquil Freeman is investigating a reported assault Oct. 26 in the 23000-block of Baywood Court, near Fairlee.
