FTA. Mathew Lewis Daly, 36, Chestertown, on Oct. 21, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court.
FTA. Samis Efrain Bendeck-Astura, 25, Falls Church, Va., on Oct. 27, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He was released on personal recognizance.
ASSAULT. Rachel Ann Lipford, 33, Chestertown, on Oct. 28, was charged with second-degree assault; and obstructing and hindering.
Also, a 15-year-old male was referred to the Department of Juvenile Services on a complaint of assault.
The offenses are alleged to have occurred in the 400-block of Morgnec Road. PFC Eric Nunez investigated.
BURGLARY. PFC Brandon McGinnis, on Oct. 30, took a report of a burglary in the 300-block of Park Row. The investigation is continuing.
ASSAULT. A 14-year-old female and a 17-year-old female, on Oct. 31, were referred to the Department of Juvenile Services on a complaint of assault following Officer Ryan Thompson’s investigation of an incident in the 100-block of Harlan Loop.
ASSAULT. Officer Ryan Thompson, on Nov. 1, took a report of an assault in the 200-block of Silver Heel Drive. A CPD news release states, “The suspect and victim are known to each other and were referred to the [district court] commissioner’s office to pursue charges.”
MDOP. A 16-year-old male, on Nov. 1, was referred to the Department of Juvenile Services on complaints of malicious destruction of property; and disorderly conduct. The offenses are alleged to have occurred in the 100-block of Philosophers Terrace. PFC Eric Nunez investigated.
DISORDERLY. A 17-year-old male, on Nov. 4, was referred to the Department of Juvenile Services on complaints of disorderly conduct; reckless endangerment; and disturbing the peace. The offenses are alleged to have occurred in the 200-block of Kennedy Drive. PFC Brandon McGinnis investigated.
THEFT. PFC Meera Srinivasan, on Nov. 7, took a report of theft and indecent exposure in the 600-block of Washington Avenue. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is continuing.
THEFT. PFC Travis Burke, on Nov. 7, took a report of a theft in the 100-block of Conley Drive. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is continuing.
THEFT. Officer Pedro Rodriguez, on Nov. 10, took a report of a theft in the 200-block of Mount Vernon Avenue. According to a CPD news release, the complainant was referred to the district court commissioner’s office to pursue charges.
