Chestertown Police
ROBBERY. A 16-year-old male, on Dec. 1, was referred to the Department of Juvenile Services on complaints of robbery; theft; and burglary. The offenses are alleged to have occurred in the 200-block of Philosophers Terrace. PFC Travis Burke, Sgt. Chris Schwink and Lt. Steve Linz investigated.
FRAUD. Officer Karyn Harris, on Dec. 3, took a report of a wire fraud in the 600-block of High Street.
DISORDERLY. PFC Travis Burke and Lt. Steve Linz, on Dec. 5, responded to the 200-block of Maple Avenue for a reported disturbance. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.
DISORDERLY. Curtis Lamonte Young, 64, Chestertown, on Dec. 6, was charged with disorderly, disturbing the peace; and willfully and without lawful purpose obstruct/hinder the free passage of another in a public place. The offenses are alleged to have occurred in the 200-block of High Street. PFC Travis Burke investigated.
ASSAULT. Tasha Marie Cornelius, 37, Chestertown, on Dec. 6, was charged with second-degree assault; and false imprisonment. She was released on personal recognizance. The offenses are alleged to have occurred in the 800-block of High Street. PFC Travis Burke investigated.
FTA. Keenan Blaine Houston, 33, Chestertown, on Dec. 8, was served two district court bench warrants for failure to appear in court. He was arrested by Baltimore County Police on local charges, and the Kent County District Court bench warrants were served by Baltimore County Police.
ASSAULT. Anthony Michael Mallory, 22, Worton, on Dec. 12, was charged with disorderly conduct; two counts of second-degree assault; and two counts of intoxicated-endanger. He was released on $2,500 unsecured personal bond. PFC Brandon McGinnis and Chief Ron Dixon investigated.

FTA. Tony Dewese Rich Jr., 42, Greensboro, on Dec. 9, was served a circuit court body attachment for failure to appear in court. He was released after posting $1,000 bond.
FTA. Keenan Blaine Houston, 33, Chestertown, on Dec. 9, was served a circuit court body attachment for failure to appear in court. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
COMMON NUISANCE. David Lawrence Grant, 46, Chestertown, on Dec. 10, was served a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with maintaining a common nuisance. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
ASSAULT. Franklin Thomas Wiltbank, 64, Chestertown, on Dec. 10, was served a district court summons for second-degree assault. He was released after signing for the summons.
FTA. Myron Anthony Taylor, 46, Chestertown, on Dec. 11, was served a circuit court bench warrant for failure to appear in court.
FTA. Kareem Roderick, 28, Kennedyville, on Dec. 11, was served a Kent County District Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court; a Kent County District Court arrest warrant charging him with failure to register as an offender/false information and entering restricted property; and a Caroline County District Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond on all three warrants. On Dec. 12, he was released after posting unsecured personal bond of $10,000.
