Chestertown Police
ROBBERY. A 17-year-old male from the Chestertown area, on Dec. 2, was referred to the Department of Juvenile Services on complaints of robbery; theft; and burglary. The offenses are alleged to have occurred Dec. 1 in the 200-block of Philosophers Terrace. Sgt. Chris Schwink investigated.
ASSAULT. Michele Paige Kelley, 57, no fixed address, on Dec. 10, was served a district court summons for second-degree assault; and fourth-degree sex offense. The offenses are alleged to have occurred Nov. 30 in the 200-block of Philosophers Terrace.
THEFT. Officer Karyn Harris, on Dec. 12, responded to the 700-block of Washington Avenue for a reported shoplifting. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.
ASSAULT. Officer Ryan Thompson, on Dec. 13, responded to the 100-block of Trafford Drive for a reported assault in progress. According to a CPD news release, the complainant and suspect are known to each other. The case remains open.
ASSAULT. Courtney Rae Walls, 28, Chestertown, on Dec. 17, was served a district court summons for first-degree assault; second-degree assault; and reckless endangerment. The offenses are alleged to have occurred Dec. 16 in the 400-block of Morgnec Road.
