MOTOR VEHICLE. PFC Ryan Thompson, on Dec. 17, took a report of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in the 800-block of High Street. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.
THEFT. PFC Meera Srinivasan, on Dec. 19, took a report of a theft in the 800-block of Washington Avenue. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.
Kent County Sheriff
ABUSE. Alan Dale Buckingham, 58, Galena, on Dec. 16, was served an arrest warrant charging him with two counts of vulnerable adult abuse. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond. The offenses are alleged to have occurred in Galena. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the charges are the result of an investigation of allegations of neglect of a vulnerable adult.
PROBATION. Cameron Daevon Mills, 34, Chestertown, on Dec. 17, was served two circuit court bench warrants for violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
