THEFT. PFC Travis Burke, on Dec. 24, took a report of a theft in the 100-block of Flatland Road. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is ongoing.

THEFT. Officer Ryan Thompson, on Dec. 27, took a report of a theft from a vehicle in the 100-block of Malone Avenue. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.

MDOP. Officer Pedro Rodriguez, on Dec. 28, took a report of malicious destruction of property [to a vehicle] in the 100-block of Hadaway Drive. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is ongoing.

THEFT. PFC Travis Burke, on Dec. 29, took a report of a theft from a vehicle in the 100-block of Elm Street. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.

 

Kent County Sheriff

THEFT. Sgt. Nate Blazejak is investigating a reported theft Dec. 22 from a Betterton resident about a check being fraudulently written in a large amount from his bank account.

FTA. Dy’miere Travon Bratcher, 31, Chestertown, on Dec. 22, was served a circuit court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

PROBATION. Kareem Roderick, 28, Chestertown, on Dec. 22, was served two circuit court bench warrants for violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond. On Dec. 23, he was released after posting $10,000 unsecured personal bond.

ASSAULT. Riley Jessica Stafford, 25, Chestertown, on Dec. 22, was served a district court summons for second-degree assault. She was released after signing for the summons.

ASSAULT. DFC Wayne Baker is investigating a reported assault Dec. 27 in the 6400-block of Rock Hall Road, Rock Hall. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the complainant reported being assaulted by a known suspect.

FTA. Arlington Damont Phillips, 57, Worton, on Dec. 28, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He was released on $5,000 unsecured personal bond. Phillips also was served a district court bench warrant for violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond on this charge.
