FTA. Matthew Edward Hinefelt, 40, Rock Hall, on Jan. 20, was served two circuit court bench warrants for failure to appear in court. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
PROBATION. Leslie Lynn Leonard, 38, Chestertown, on Jan. 21, was served a circuit court bench warrant for violation of probation. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
ASSAULT. Anthony Michael Mallory, 22, Worton, on Jan. 23, was served a district court arrest warrant charging him with first-degree assault; second-degree assault (two counts); and reckless endangerment. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
BURGLARY. Kyle William Porter, 31, Rock Hall, on Jan. 23, was served a district court arrest warrant charging him with second-degree burglary; fourth-degree burglary; forgery of a private document (two counts); and theft, $100 to less than $1,500 (two counts). He was released by the district court commissioner on $3,000 unsecured personal bond.
