Chestertown Police

ASSAULT. PFC Eric Nunez, on Jan. 24, took a report of an assault in the 800-block of High Street. The suspect was known to the complainant, “who did not wish to pursue charges at this time,” according to a CPD news release. The case was closed by exception.

HARASS. PFC Meera Srinivasan, on Jan. 26, took a report of harassment in the 100-block of Lynchburg Street. According to a CPD news release, a suspect has been identified and is known to the complainant.

MOTOR VEHICLE. A 16-year-old male, on Jan. 26, was referred to the Department of Juvenile Services on a complaint of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. The offense is alleged to have occurred in the 100-block of Philosophers Terrance. PFC Meera Srinivasan investigated.

FRAUD. PFC Brandon McGinnis, on Jan. 27, took a report of fraud/theft in the 200-block of Camelot Drive. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.

THEFT. PFC Eric Nunez, on Jan. 28, took a report of a theft in the Washington Square shopping center. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.
