DRUGS. Cameron Daevon Mills, 34, Chestertown, on Jan. 27, was served a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with drug-related offenses including possession of a controlled dangerous substance that is not cannabis; possession of a narcotic with intent to distribute; and possession of CDS paraphernalia.
He also was charged with violating a license restriction; driving, attempting to drive while under the influence of alcohol; driving, attempting to drive while impaired by alcohol; and driving, attempting to drive while so far impaired that he cannot drive safely.
Mills initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
PROBATION. Kyle William Porter, 31, Rock Hall, on Jan. 28, was served a Dorchester County District Court bench warrant for violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond. On Jan.30, he was released after posting $5,000 secured personal bond.
MDOP. John Wayne Burris, 34, Worton, on Jan. 30, was served Caroline County District Court summonses for malicious destruction of property, having a value of more than $1,000; and violation of a protection order. He was released after signing for the summonses.
ABUSE. Alan Dale Buckingham, 59, Galena, on Jan. 31, was served a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with two counts of abuse of a vulnerable adult. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond. On Feb. 4, he was released after posting $10,000 unsecured personal bond.
