ROBBERY. Deputies on Nov. 28 responded to Lambs Meadow Road, Worton, for a reported attempted robbery. According to a sheriff’s office news release, a juvenile told police that he was approached by three males armed with a knife who attempted to take property from him.

ASSAULT. Lamontte Monroe Henry, 45, Still Pond, on Nov. 28, was issued a district court arrest warrant charging him with second-degree assault. He was released into the custody of the Chestertown Police Department.

THEFT. DFC Dave Nolan on Nov. 30 responded to the 13000-block of Bloomingfield Road, near Kennedyville, for a reported theft of a vehicle. The complainant told police that her 2013 Hyundai car was taken from the driveway of her residence the night before.

COMPLY. Joseph Daniel Elburn 3rd, 23, Rock Hall, on Dec. 2, was issued a circuit court bench warrant for failure to comply. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

PROBATION. James Lemond Henry, 23, Chestertown, on Dec. 3, was issued a circuit court bench warrant for violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

FUGITIVE. Shanna Marie Parker, 32, Chestertown, on Dec. 4, was issued a district court warrant for being a fugitive from Pennsylvania. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
