Chestertown Police

FTA. William Dudley Thompson Jr., 55, Chestertown, on Jan. 29, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He was released after posting unsecured personal bond of $2,500.

THEFT. Adrian Thomas Saccone, 19, Chestertown, on Feb. 3, was charged with theft, less than $100. He was released on personal recognizance. The offense is alleged to have occurred Jan. 28 in the Washington Square shopping center. PFC Eric Nunez investigated.

ASSAULT. Officer Karyn Harris, on Feb. 4, responded to the 100-block of Morgnec Road for a reported assault. According to a CPD news release, the suspect is known to the complainant, and at this time the complainant does not want to pursue charges.

FTA. Brenda Eufemia Fuentes-Lobaton, 19, Marydel, on Feb. 5, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. 

FTA. Curtis Lamonte Young, 65, Chestertown, on Feb. 11, was served two district court bench warrants for failure to appear in court. He was released on personal recognizance.

THEFT. PFC Ryan Thompson, on Feb. 12, took a report of a theft in the Washington Square shopping center. According to a CPD news release, a suspect has been identified.

THEFT. Officer Karyn Harris, on Feb. 16, took a report of a theft in the Washington Square shopping center. According to a CPD news release, a suspect has been identified.

FAMILY OFFENSE. Lt. Steve Linz is investigating a Feb. 17 incident of a child left unattended in a vehicle in the 700-block of Washington Avenue. According to a CPD news release, the child was not injured.

HARASS. PFC Travis Burke, on Feb. 18, took a report of harassment in the 700-block of Washington Avenue. According to a CPD news release, the suspect is known to the complainant. The case remains open.

FORGERY. Officer Pedro Rodriguez, on Feb. 20, took a report of a forged check in the 7700-block of Country Club Lane. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.

 

Kent County Sheriff

PAROLE. Danielle Renee Clements, 37, Felton, Del., on Feb. 17, was arrested on a Maryland Parole Commission retake warrant. She was released to investigators with the Maryland Parole Commission.

DRUGS. Taylor Dayne Price, 33, Earleville, on Feb. 17, was served a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with possession of a controlled dangerous substance that is not cannabis (three counts); possession of CDS paraphernalia (four counts); obstructing and hindering; alter physical evidence in a criminal procedure; and numerous motor vehicle offenses. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

ASSAULT. Damion Troy Diaz, 25, Kennedyville, on Feb. 18, was served a district court summons for second-degree assault. He was released after signing for the summons.

FTA. James Samuel Owen Gorman, 34, Millington, on Feb. 18, was served a circuit court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

PROBATION. Courtland Quincy Goldsboro Crawford, 37, Chestertown, on Feb. 18, was served a circuit court bench warrant for violation of probation.

ACCESSORY. Tyshea Renee Diaz, 29, Millington, on Feb. 19, was served a circuit court arrest warrant charging her with being an accessory after the fact, first-degree murder; being an accessory after the fact, second-degree murder; and obstructing and hindering. 

THEFT. Peggy Lena Towers, 52, Worton, on Feb. 21, was served a district court summons for unauthorized removal of a vehicle. She was released after signing for the summons.
