FUGITIVE. Montrail Cortez Montgomery, 50, Rock Hall, on March 10, was served a district court arrest warrant charging him with being a fugitive from the state of Delaware. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
FTA. Rebecca Rose Middleton, 42, Chestertown, on March 10, was served a circuit court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She was released after posting a cash bond.
DRUGS. Justin Anthony Foster, 25, Chestertown, on March 10, was served a Dorchester County District Court arrest warrant charging him with possession of a controlled dangerous substance that is not cannabis; illegal possession of a regulated firearm; illegal possession of ammunition; loaded handgun in vehicle; disorderly conduct; and obstructing and hindering.
According to a sheriff’s office news release, during service of the warrant Foster was found to be in possession of a suspected controlled dangerous substance that is not cannabis and was charged with related offenses that include possession of a narcotic with intent to distribute [two counts]. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
BURGLARY. Sgt. Scott Lockerman is investigating a March 11 burglary in the 100-block of Sassafras Street, Millington. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the complainant reported that entry into the premises was through a broken window.
CONTEMPT. Nicole Lynn Reedy, 40, Rock Hall, on March 11, was served two circuit court bench warrants for contempt. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
TRESPASS. Cpl. Parker Hudson is investigating a March 11 trespassing in the 8000-block of Rock Hall Road, Rock Hall. According to a sheriff’s office news release, Cpl. Hudson observed a known individual allegedly trespassing on private posted property.
ESCAPE. Nicole Lynn Reedy, 40, Rock Hall, on March 12, was served a circuit court arrest warrant charging her with second-degree escape [two counts]. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
THEFT. Cpl. Dave Nolan is investigating a March 13 theft in the 33000-block of Bradford Johnson Road, near Galena. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the complainant reported that a pistol had been taken from the residence.
PROBATION. Khori Danielle Berry, 32, Chestertown, on March 13, was served circuit court bench warrants for failure to comply; violation of probation; and second-degree escape. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
FTA. Kyrianna Elizabeth Lynch, 24, Dover, Del., on March 13, was served a Worcester County District Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She was released by the district court commissioner on her own recognizance.
ASSAULT. DFC Shane Steppe is investigating an assault March 13 in the 23000-block of Baywood Court, near Fairlee. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the complainant reported being assaulted by a known suspect who left the scene prior to the arrival of deputies.
ASSAULT. Montrail Cortez Montgomery Jr., 32, Chestertown, on March 14, was charged with first- and second-degree assault. The offenses are alleged to have occurred in the 21000-block of Woods Edge Drive, near Fairlee. According to a sheriff’s office news release, on arrival deputies, responding to a call for an assault, heard screaming coming from inside the residence. DFC Shane Steppe is leading the investigation.
Additionally, Montgomery was served a Queen Anne’s County District Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court; a Talbot County District Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court; and a Kent County District Court arrest warrant charging him with fleeing and eluding, driving without a license and other traffic offenses. The traffic offenses stem from a March 3 incident when Sgt. Nick Watson attempted to stop a vehicle that Montgomery was driving, but that Montgomery allegedly fled.
Montgomery initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
TRESPASS. Nicole Lynn Reedy, 40, Rock Hall, on March 16, was served a district court summons for trespassing on private property. She was released after signing for the summons.

ASSAULT. Sgt. Nick Watson is investigating a March 16 assault on Galena Sassafras Road, Galena. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the complainant reported being assaulted by a known suspect while in a vehicle.
ASSAULT. Sgt. Nick Watson is investigating an assault March 16 in the 24000-block of Chestertown Road, Chestertown. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the complainant reported being assaulted by a known suspect. The complainant was treated at the University of Maryland Shore Medical Center at Chestertown, and released.
FTA. Katie Lynne Blackiston, 40, Chestertown, on March 16, was served a Kent County Circuit Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court and a Queen Anne’s County District Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
ASSAULT. Craig Sudler Willis, 54, Chestertown, on March 17, was served a district court arrest warrant charging him with first-degree assault; second-degree assault; and reckless endangerment. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the warrant clears an investigation initiated by Sgt. Nick Watson on March 16.
FTA. Katie Lynn Blackiston, 40, Chestertown, on March 18, was served a circuit court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.
FTA. Brandon Michael Onheiser, 36, Betterton, on March 23, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He was released by the district court commissioner on his own recognizance.
BURGLARY. Sgt. Nate Blazejak is investigating a reported burglary March 23 in the 100-block of Sassafras Street, Millington. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the complainant stated that an unknown person entered the property sometime over the previous weekend and caused damage.
FTA. Tyson Nemrrow Stansbury, 46, Worton, on March 25, was served a circuit court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
PROBATION. Glenn Scott Kilpatrick, 53, Rock Hall, on March 26, was served a district court bench warrant for violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
PROBATION. Darnell Lamonte Black, 38, Worton, on March 27, was served a district court bench warrant for violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond. On March 30, he posted unsecured personal bond of $5,000.
PROBATION. Nicole Lynn Reedy, 40, Rock Hall, on March 27, was served a circuit court bench warrant for violation of probation. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
FTA. Rachel Ann Lipford, 34, Chestertown, on March 30, was served a circuit court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond. On April 1, unsecured personal bond of $5,000 was reinstated.
