Kent County Sheriff
THEFT. Sgt. Scott Lockerman is investigating a March 31 theft in the 100-block of Sassafras Street, Millington. It was reported that two individuals “stole” merchandise valued at more than $100. According to a sheriff’s office news release, suspects have been identified.
FTA. Devin Marquis Rasin, 40, Millington, on March 31, was arrested on a Queen Anne’s County District Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He was released to the Queen Anne’s County Sheriff’s Office for service of the warrant.
FTA. Garrett James Humphrey, 23, North East, on April 1, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. According to a sheriff’s office news release, Humphrey was seen directly by a district court judge and released on personal recognizance.
DISORDERLY. Keyshawn Steven Graves, 20, Chestertown, on April 1, was charged with disorderly conduct; and disturbing the peace. He was released on personal recognizance.
DFC Shane Steppe had responded to the 21000-block of Baywood Court, near Chestertown, for a reported assault. While DFC Steppe was investigating, Graves arrived on the scene and allegedly became disorderly and refused to follow deputies’ instructions.
PROBATION. Aredelle Jones, 37, Chestertown, on April 2, was arrested on a Queen Anne’s County Circuit Court bench warrant for violation of probation. He was turned over to the Queen Anne’s County Sheriff’s Office for service of the warrant.
ASSAULT. Faith Donyae Bennett, 25, Chestertown, on April 3, was served a district court arrest warrant charging her with second-degree assault; and reckless endangerment. The district court commissioner released Bennett on unsecured personal bond of $5,000.
INDECENT EXPOSURE. Zackariah Tommas Ostrowski, 19, Worton, on April 6, was served a district court arrest warrant charging him with indecent exposure. The district court commissioner released Ostrowski on $3,000 unsecured personal bond.
COMPLY. William Godfrey Black Jr., 53, Worton, on April 6, was served a circuit court bench warrant for failure to comply. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
FTA. Raymond Costanzo, 45, Worton, on April 6, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. The district court commissioner released Costanzo on unsecured personal bond of $5,000.
FTA. William Howard Fleetwood, 37, Easton, on April 7, was served a circuit court body attachment for failure to appear in court. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
ASSAULT. DFC Brady Collins is investigating a reported assault April 8 in the 25000-block of Travis Trail, Worton. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the complainant said they were assaulted by someone they know.
FTA. Kristin Denise Lindsey, 40, Chestertown, on April 8, was served two circuit court bench warrants for failure to appear in court. She was released after posting a cash bond.
ASSAULT. DFC Brady Collins, on April 8, responded to the 8000-block of Broad Neck Road, near Chestertown, for a reported assault. “Through investigation it was determined the parties involved were mutually assaulted,” a sheriff’s office news release states. No injuries were reported. The people involved were referred to the district court commissioner if they wished to file charges, according to the news release.
PROBATION. Jessica Don Church, 43, Chestertown, on April 8, was served a district court summons for violation of probation. She was released after signing for the summons.
ASSAULT. Marguerite Graves, 23, Chestertown, on April 9, was served a district court summons for second-degree assault. She was released after signing for the summons.
FTA. Christopher Lee Sproates, 45, Chestertown, on April 11, was served a circuit court body attachment for failure to appear in court. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
DRUGS. Kyle William Porter, 31, Rock Hall, on April 12, was served a district court summons for possession of a controlled dangerous substance that is not cannabis; and possession of CDS paraphernalia. He was released after signing for the summons.
ORDER. Dustin Faebus, 18, Chestertown, on April 12, was served a district court summons for violating a protection order. He was released after signing for the summons.
