Chestertown Police

ASSAULT. PFC Brandon McGinnis and Lt. Steve Linz, on April 8, responded to the 100-block of Brown Street for a report of an assault. According to a CPD news release, “the victim did not want to pursue charges. The case is closed by exception.”

RUNAWAY. A 14-year-old female, on April 9, was referred to the Department of Juvenile Services on a complaint of being a runaway. PFC Eric Nunez investigated.

TRESPASS. Sharon Denise Taylor, 62, Chestertown, on April 11, was charged with trespassing on private property. She was released on her own recognizance. The offense is alleged to have occurred in the 400-block of Morgnec Road. PFC Travis Burke investigated.

ASSAULT. PFC Meera Srinivasan, on April 11, took a report of an assault in the 300-block of High Street. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.

BURGLARY. Officer Karyn Harris, on April 11, took a report of a burglary in the 100-block of Metcalf Road. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.

THEFT. Officer Pedro Rodriguez, on April 13, took a report of theft from a vehicle in the 300-block of Landing Lane. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.

BURGLARY. Officer Pedro Rodriguez, on April 13, took a report of a burglary in the 200-block of Pine Street. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.

ASSAULT. Three people were charged following investigation of a reported assault April 5 in the 100-block of Flatland Road.

On April 13, Raiquan W. Mosley, 27, Chestertown, was charged with stalking; affray; second-degree assault; and failure to comply with a peace order.

Also on April 13, Arianna Silochan, 28, Chestertown, was charged with affray; and second-degree assault [two counts].

On April 14, Katlyn Siter, 39, Chestertown, was served district court summonses for second-degree assault [two counts]; and malicious destruction of property, having a value less than $1,000.

FRAUD. Officer Karyn Harris, on April 15, took a report of fraud in the 800-block of Washington Avenue. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.

ASSAULT. Del Graham Hayes, 32, Rock Hall, on April 20, was served a district court summons for second-degree assault [two counts]; and resist, interfere with arrest. He was released on personal recognizance.

DISTURB. Jennifer Mae Ingledue, 35, Chestertown, on April 22, was served a district court citation for disturbing the peace/disorderly. She was released on personal recognizance. The offense is alleged to have occurred in the 100-block of Philosophers Terrace.

 

Kent County Sheriff

MDOP. Kelsey Leigh Douglas, 28, Rock Hall, on April 14, was served a Queen Anne’s County District Court summons for malicious destruction of property, having a value less than $1,000; and theft, less than $100. She was released after signing for the summons.

FTA. Jessica Kristen Conant, 45, Dover, Del., on April 20, was served a circuit court body attachment for failure to appear in court. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

FTA. Christie Depestre, 28, Philadelphia, Pa., on April 20, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She was released by the district court commissioner on her own recognizance.

FTA. Richard Gregory Lunsford, 62, Rock Hall, on April 20, was served a Queen Anne’s County Circuit Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He was released to the Queen Anne’s County Sheriff’s Office.

DRUGS. Lionel Barrington Alex Lewis, 31, Wilmington, Del., on April 21, was served a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with possession of a narcotic with intent to distribute; possession of a controlled dangerous substance that is not cannabis [three counts]; possession of CDS paraphernalia [three counts]; and motor vehicle offenses that include driving while so far impaired by drugs that he cannot drive safely. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

THEFT. Kent County deputies, on April 21, assisted the Delaware State Police Criminal Investigations Division in arresting Clifford Michael Peterson, 39, Elkton, on a warrant for being a fugitive from the state of Delaware where he was wanted on felony theft charges. Peterson initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
