PROBATION. Craig Jamar Turner, 38, Chestertown, on May 6, was served a circuit court bench warrant for violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond. On May 11, Turner posted $5,000 unsecured personal bond.

PROBATION. Heather Nicole Comegys, 33, Rock Hall, on May 6, was served a  circuit court bench warrant for violation of probation. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

ROBBERY. DFC Tyler Baitsholts, on May 7, responded to the 400-block of Cypress Street, Millington, for a reported robbery. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the complainant told police that they were assaulted and that property valued at $200 was taken. The investigation is continuing.

FTA. Sharon Lynn Thomas, 59, Millington, on May 11, was served a circuit court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond. 

ASSAULT. Lt. Sean Maloney is investigating a reported assault May 12 in the 23000-block of Baywood Court, near Chestertown. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the complainant reported being assaulted by someone they know.

ASSAULT. Sgt. Nick Watson is investigating a reported assault May 15 in the 10000-block of Millbrook Drive, near Chestertown. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the complainant reported being assaulted by someone they know.

THEFT. Sgt. Nick Watson is investigating a May 16 reported burglary and theft in the 31000-block of Millington Road, Millington. According to a sheriff’s office news release, a representative of the complainant reported that someone entered the property and removed an item valued at $50.

BURGLARY. Cpl. Dave Nolan is investigating a reported burglary and theft May 18 on Belmont Place, Betterton. 

FTA. Jessica Don Church, 43, Chestertown, on May 18, was served a Queen Anne’s County District Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She was released by the district court commissioner on her own recognizance.
