TRESPASS. PFC Meera Srinivasan, on April 21, took a report of trespassing in the 100-block of North Cross Street. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.

ASSAULT. Officer Karyn Harris, on April 23, responded to the 200-block of Barroll Drive for a reported assault. According to a CPD news release, charges are pending.

MDOP. PFC Brandon McGinnis, on April 25, took a report of malicious destruction of property [to a vehicle] in the 100-block of Conley Drive. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.

HARASS. PFC Ryan Thompson, on April 27, took a report of harassment in the 400-block of Morgnec Road. According to a CPD news release, the complainant was referred to the district court commissioner if they wished to pursue charges.

THEFT. A 14-year-old male, on April 29, was referred to the Department of Juvenile Services on a complaint of theft from a vehicle. The offense is alleged to have occurred April 25 in the 100-block of East Campus Avenue. PFC Meera Srinivasan investigated.

THEFT. Sgt. Chris Schwink, on April 27, took a report of theft in the 200-block of Devon Drive. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.

TRESPASS. Curtis Lamonte Young, 65, Chestertown, on April 27, was served a citation for trespassing, private property. He was released on personal recognizance. The offense is alleged to have occurred in the 300-block of High Street.

FRAUD. PFC Meera Srinivasan, on May 4, took a report of malicious destruction of property and fraud in the 800-block of High Street. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.

THEFT. PFC Travis Burke, on May 8, took a report of theft in the 600-block of Washington Avenue. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.

BURGLARY. A 16-year-old male from Chestertown, on May 8, was referred to the Department of Juvenile Services on complaints of second-degree assault; burglary [three counts]; possession of cannabis; possession of paraphernalia; disorderly conduct; disturbing the peace; giving a false statement to a police officer; failure to obey a reasonable and lawful order; trespass on private property; and being a rogue and a vagabond. The offenses are alleged to have occurred in the 200-block of Philosophers Terrace. PFC Meera Srinivasan investigated.

THEFT. PFC Meera Srinivasan, on May 10, took a report of a motor vehicle theft in the 300-block of Hadaway Drive. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.

MDOP. Officer Pedro Rodriguez, on May 11, took a report of malicious destruction of property in the 100-block of Hawkins Drive.

THEFT. A 17-year-old male from Church Hill, on May 11, was referred to the Department of Juvenile Services on complaints of being a rogue and a vagabond; and motor vehicle theft. The offenses are alleged to have occurred April 20 in the 300-block of Cedar Street. Sgt. Chris Schwink investigated.

FTA. Talayia Ravea Kilson, 40, Newark, Del., on May 12, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She was released on bond.

THEFT. Mark Edward Barto, 70, Chestertown, on May 12, was served a citation for theft, less than $100. He was released on personal recognizance. The offense is alleged to have occurred in the 100-block of High Street.

FTA. Jesse Lamont Wilson, 62, Chestertown, on May 14, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He was released on personal recognizance.

THEFT. Marcus Andrew Tobias Nixon, 31, Chestertown, on May 14, was served a citation for theft, less than $100. The offense is alleged to have occurred May 13 in the 600-block of Washington Avenue. Lt. Steve Linz investigated.

MDOP. PFC Meera Srinivasan, on May 19, took a report of malicious destruction of property in the area of Hawkins Drive. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.
