FTA. Theron James Andrews III, 38, Elkton, on July 7 was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center.
THEFT. A 15-year-old male on July 10 was referred to the Department of Juvenile Services on complaints of theft; and possession of stolen property. The offenses are alleged to have occurred July 4 in the 800-block of High Street. PFC Travis Burke investigated.
DISORDERLY. Fredy Heraldo Godinez Chavez, 29, Chestertown, on July 11 was charged with disorderly conduct. The offense is alleged to have occurred in the 400-block of High Street. PFC Eric Nunez investigated.
MDOP. PFC Travis Burke on July 13 took a report of malicious destruction of property in the 200-block of Scheeler Road. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.
DISORDERLY. Monica Margaret Wood, 47, no fixed address, on July 15 was charged with disorderly conduct. She was released on personal recognizance. The offense is alleged to have occurred in the Washington Square Plaza. Sgt. Steve Linz investigated.
DRUGS. Mishaad Travon Jones, 35, Chestertown, on July 21 was served a district court summons for possession of a controlled dangerous substance that is not cannabis; and possession of CDS paraphernalia. He was released on personal recognizance. The offenses are alleged to have occurred July 2 in the 400-block of Morgnec Road.
