PROBATION. Theron James Andrews III, 38, Elkton, on July 7 was served a Kent County District Court bench warrant for violation of probation; a Kent County District Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court; a Cecil County District Court bench warrant for failure to comply; and a Cecil County District Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond on each warrant.

THEFT. Lt. Scott Duhamell is investigating a July 8 theft in the 100-block of West Cross Street, Galena. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the complainant reported the items taken were valued at less than $100.

FUGITIVE. Enrique Alejandro Alvarado, 31, Mt. Pleasant, Texas, on July 8 was arrested on a warrant for being a fugitive from the state of Texas. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

SEX OFFENSE. James Scott Beck, 60, Crumpton, on July 8 was served a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with third-degree sex offense; fourth-degree sex offense [two counts]; and second-degree assault. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond. On July 10, he was released after posting unsecured personal bond of $10,000.

ASSAULT. Meredith Allyn Thomas, 42, Chestertown, on July 9 was served a district court summons for second-degree assault. She was released after signing for the summons. The charge stems from an alleged incident that was reported July 3.

FTA. Ronald Douglas Cotton Jr., 40, Bear, Del., on July 9 was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He was released on his own recognizance by the district court commissioner.

SEX OFFENSE. Gary James Andrew Hurd, 48, Rock Hall, on July 10 was served a district court arrest warrant charging him with second-degree assault [three counts]; fourth-degree sex offense [three counts]; and indecent exposure [two counts]. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond. On July 13 he was released after posting unsecured personal bond of $10,000.

FTA. Tyrel Donta Dean, 41, Galena, on July 10 was served a circuit court body attachment for failure to appear in court. Bond initially was set at $10,000.

ARSON THREAT. Connor Joseph Schultz, 20, Denton, on July 10 was served a district court arrest warrant charging him with threat of arson. Schultz also was served a circuit court bench warrant for violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond on each warrant. On July 14 he was released after posting unsecured personal bond of $5,000.

BURGLARY. DFC Brady Collins is investigating a July 11 theft from a docket sailboat in the 23000-block of Green Point Road, Worton.

PROBATION. Hobie Tod Willey, 26, Galena, on July 12 was served a circuit court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond. On July 14, Willey was released after posting unsecured personal bond of $2,500.

FTA. Jason Nathaniel Seago, 41, Chestertown, on July 13 was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He was released on his own recognizance by a district court commissioner.

PROBATION. Jennifer Mae Ingledue, 35, Chestertown, on July 13 was served three circuit court bench warrants for violation of probation. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

ASSAULT. Sgt. Travis Manning is investigating a reported “mutual” assault July 13 in the 10000-block of Tonopah Road, near Chestertown. 

COMPLY. George Dill Wachowiz Jr., 57, Rock Hall, on July 14 was served a circuit court bench warrant for failure to comply. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

THEFT. Kenton Adam Moyer, 54, Chestertown, on July 15 was served a district court summons for theft, less than $100 [three counts]. The charges stem from the alleged theft of three campaign signs July 14 on Tolchester Beach Road, near Chestertown. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the campaign signs were returned. Lt. Scott Duhamell investigated.

INDECENT EXPOSURE. Shawn Thomas Gallew, 46, Chestertown, on July 15 was served a district court summons for indecent exposure; and indecent exposure to a minor. He was released after signing for the summons. The offenses are alleged to have occurred June 19.

PROBATION. Melvin Jerome Wilson, 45, Chestertown, on July 15 was served a district court bench warrant  for violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

ASSAULT. Michael Leon Thornton, 38, Rock Hall, on July 16 was served a district court summons for second-degree assault. He was released after signing for the summons.

FTA. Imani Lanaya Green, 21, Worton, on July 16 was served a Caroline County District Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She was released on her own recognizance by a district court commissioner. 

COMPLY. Tyler Lee Fox, 31, Conowingo, on July 17 was served a circuit court bench warrant for failure to comply. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

FALSE STATEMENT. Demetric Lavelle Moansey, 52, Chestertown, on July 18 was served an Anne Arundel County District Court summons for making a false statement. He was released after signing for the summons.

ABUSE. Tevron Eric Brown, 32, Worton, on July 18 was served a circuit court summons for second-degree child abuse. He was released after signing for the summons.

FTA. Brian George Blanchfield, 63, Townsend, Del., on July 18 was served a circuit court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
