ASSAULT. Tyshea Guardian Diaz, 27, Millington, on Dec. 12, was issued a district court summons for second-degree assault; and malicious destruction of property having a value less than $1,000. She was released after signing the summons.

FTA. David Wayne Porter, 35, Rock Hall, on Dec. 12, was issued a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He was released after posting $500 bond.

ASSAULT. Cpl. Scott Lockerman is investigating a reported assault Dec. 12 on 6th Avenue, Betterton. According to a sheriff’s office news release, a suspect has been identified. The suspect fled the scene prior to the arrival of deputies, according to the news release.

MDOP. DFC Wayne Baker is investigating a Dec. 14 complaint of malicious destruction of property in the 13000-block of Clark Road, Worton. The complainant reported that windows were broken out of two vehicles.

BURGLARY. DFC Dave Nolan is investigating a burglary and assault in the 8000-block of Tolchester Road, near Rock Hall, that was reported Dec. 14. The complainant reported that an unknown suspect entered his home and assaulted him. The offenses are alleged to have occurred Dec. 12.

BURGLARY. Jose Manuel Collazo, 35, Rock Hall, on Dec. 18, was issued a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with first-, third- and fourth-degree burglary; malicious destruction of property having a value more than $1,000; theft, $25,000 to less than $100,000; and conspiracy to commit the offenses. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
